Randal Swick, Managing Director and Executive Chairman

Randal Swick is a mechanical engineer with approximately 20 years experience in the metals and mining industry with a strong focus on gold and nickel exploration.  Randal Swick brings considerable knowledge gained from experience as a drilling contractor and from his involvement in the management of several private companies involved in exploration and mining throughout Western Australia in both the surface and underground environments.

Michael Fry, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Michael Fry is qualified accountant who has had over 20 years experience in the mining and resources industries initially as a chartered accountant working for global firm KPMG but more recently in senior executive positions.  Michael has considerable experience in the financial management and operation of drilling contracting businesses having been CFO and Finance Director at Swick Mining Services for seven years prior to joining Cougar Metals NL.  Michael is currently a non-executive director of VDM Group Limited, an ASX listed company specialising in the provision of engineering and construction services.  

Jayme Leite,  Exploration Manager

Jayme Leite is a geologist and geochemist with over thirty years experience in exploration and mining in Brazil.

In particular, Jayme has had considerable experience in prospect evaluation and mining project evaluation. He is currently overseeing all aspects of the Alta Floresta Gold Project, including trial mining at Ze Vermelho and operation of the gravity processing plant and the cyanide treatment circuit.
